CRACERS SHRIMP
MATERIAL :
- Shrimp fresh three per four pounds gram
- Salt
- Tapioka starch
- Chiken Eggs
- Garlic
- Red Onion
- Scallion
- Coriander
- Pot
- Knife
- Mixer
- Stove
- Tray or Container Dryer
HOW TO MAKE :
First : Shrimp pounded dmooth, add flavour, salt, sugar, and enough water
Second : Add Tapioka starch and eggs, mix and stir it.
Next : The dough formed round and long as Lontong
Then : Lontong dough steamed abaout 2 hours and after the mature enough, appointed
and left cold, then thinly sliced thin.
After that : Slice dried 2 - 3 days to dray...and Cracers Shrimp to be ready frying...
